Direct thermal labels
are made from heat-sensitive material. The direct thermal media is activated by applying heat to the thermal print head then turns the label dark (black) where the heat is applied. That allows to create image.
Therefore, there is no need of ribbon, ink or toner. That causes lower print costs.
Thermal transfer labels
Similar to direct thermal labels are one of the most widely used type of paper labels.
However, the main difference between them is the way of printing.
Thermal transfer labels require wax or resin ribbons. Heat is applied to the thermal print head, which transfer the image through a ribbon to the label.
Due to use of ribbon, images are more durable and scratch-resistance.
Foil labels
are product which characterize by its high mechanical durability, therefore foil labels are perfect for every branch of industry, but not only.
Appropriate technology allows to obtain very high quality print, which makes foil labels frequently used as decorative material.
Specialized labels

We offer holographic labels, metallized labels, fluorine labels, decorative labels, security type labels, opaque labels and many more including RFID labels. The RFID labels are made of technologically advanced material which contain electric chip and transmitter. Thermal Transfer Ribbon WAX
Designed for paper labels. It allows to print texts, images and bar codes with high speed and minimized printer head usage. WAX ribbons characterized by low printing temperature, therefore have lower abrasion resistance.
Thermal Transfer Ribbon WAX-RESIN
Dedicated for various types of coated materials which require increased resistance to scratches, abrasion, oils, alcohols and other external factors (e.g. temperature or humidity).
Thermal Transfer Ribbon RESIN
Dedicated for more demanding materials (e.g. foil labels). RESIN ribbon is characterized by excellent print quality and high abrasion resistance even at high temperatures.
It has high resistance to chemicals such as solvents or detergents.

Material of those labels makes it impossible to tear them apart.
Labels which are placed on the tire should contain some critical information like: brand, specification of product, safety rating, environmental rating etc.
For those type of labels crucial parameters are adhesive strength (to prevent label from being detached while storage and shipment) and material strength (to make detachment of label possible for user).
