Who we produce for

We deliver the most value to companies with recurring, series demand for ready-to-print label stock on the roll — blank labels you print yourself. Below you can check whether we're a good fit.

We're the best fit for companies that:

  • order labels regularly, in repeat deliveries
  • need larger, series volumes of stock — not single rolls
  • run many SKUs with fixed, established shapes and sizes
  • plan their labelling ahead and value a steady stock supplier
  • print in-house, on their own thermal or thermal-transfer printer
  • work in logistics, chemicals, food, pharma or tyre production — wherever a label has to perform in demanding conditions
01Label range

Labels for every application

A full wardrobe of solutions — from low-cost direct thermal to durable films and specialty labels. For every substrate we match the right ribbon and adhesive.

Direct thermal labels

Direct printing without a ribbon — the cheapest option, for a short cycle.

ECO and TOP (with protective topcoat)

Thermal-transfer labels

Durable ribbon print — resistant to abrasion, moisture and UV.

Paper and synthetic films

Film / synthetic labels

PP, PE, PET — water- and chemical-resistant, wide temperature range.

Cosmetics, chemicals, appliances, outdoor

Specialty labels

Holographic, tamper-evident VOID, brittle, RFID/NFC.

Brand protection and tracking

Eco-friendly labels

Recycled materials (rPET) and waste-reducing solutions.

For PPWR goals / recyclability

02Thermal-transfer ribbons (TTR)

Wax · wax-resin · resin

Three ribbon classes on a price ↔ durability axis. The ink layer decides how resistant the print is — and the substrate determines the ribbon.

Wax-resin ribbon WAX-RESIN

Versatile — coated paper and matte films, better resistance.

03Industry applications

Labels matched to your industry

Every industry has its own challenges, standards and reference customers. The laminates we use reflect the realities of end-customer applications.

Logistics & courier

Shipping labels 100×150, GS1/SSCC, legible across the whole chain.

Chemicals & GHS

Film + resin ribbon; matched to CLP 1272/2008 and BS 5609 requirements.

Tyres & automotive

Tyre-grade adhesive resistant to vulcanisation temperatures (200–230 °C).

Food & beverages

Food-contact materials (1935/2004); adhesives for freezing and condensation.

Pharma

For serialisation (FMD) and Data Matrix codes; resistant to disinfection and autoclaving.

Cosmetics & household chem.

PP/PE films resistant to oils, a “no-label look” effect.

Appliances & electronics

PET rating plates; matched to REACH/RoHS and UL 969.

Retail

Price and weigh labels, UHF RFID for stocktaking.

04Selection expertise

The substrate determines the ribbon

Not sure what to choose? First you pick the facestock by the durability you need, then the ribbon that bonds with it. Here's a summary of our selection guide.

07Frequently asked questions

FAQ — selection, standards, delivery

What's the difference between a direct thermal and a thermal-transfer label?
A direct thermal label is made without a ribbon — the print fades over time (usually 6–12 months). A thermal-transfer label needs an ink ribbon, and the print is durable and resistant to UV, moisture and chemicals. Direct thermal is chosen for a short cycle (courier, scales), thermal-transfer for multi-year marking.
Which thermal-transfer ribbon should I choose: wax, wax-resin or resin?
Wax — for paper in dry conditions (the cheapest). Wax-resin — versatile, for coated paper and matte films. Resin — the most durable, for PP/PE/PET films and chemical, GHS and rating-plate labels. The rule: the substrate determines the ribbon.
Which label for frozen goods and cold storage?
We use a film substrate or TOP thermal paper with a freezer-grade adhesive that sticks even to frosted surfaces. Application is possible down to about −20 °C, and the label keeps its adhesion and legibility across a range from −40 °C to +70 °C.
Which labels meet the requirements for chemicals (GHS/CLP) and sea export?
We make chemical labels in line with CLP/GHS requirements — the print and pictograms must stay legible and durable. For the highest resistance we use film + a resin ribbon. For sea transport of hazardous substances, compliance with BS 5609 is required.
What's the minimum order quantity and lead time?
We don't impose a fixed threshold — we price every project individually and state the quantity and lead time in the quote. Worth knowing: preparing dedicated tooling and dies for a label's shape and size is a one-off cost, roughly from a few hundred to a few thousand złoty, the same regardless of run size — so for a small, one-off batch it usually works out uneconomical in the quote. For a small, one-off need, on-demand digital printing from a specialised, different supplier is usually cheaper. The greatest benefit comes from recurring, series orders — then the setup cost spreads across the whole volume and the price drops to pennies per label. Follow-up repeat deliveries are also noticeably faster than the first run.
Do you ship for export / to EU countries?
Yes — we serve customers in Poland and handle export deliveries to EU markets. For international shipments we match labels compliant with the relevant standards (e.g. BS 5609 for hazardous materials).

Let's talk about your labels

The fastest way is by phone or email to an advisor — describe the application, material and quantity, and we'll match a solution and prepare a quote.

What to prepare for a quote

  • Label type and application — what it goes on and in what conditions it works
  • Substrate material and exposures: temperature, chemicals, moisture, UV
  • Label dimensions and approximate quantity
  • Required standards: GHS/CLP, BS 5609, food contact, FMD…

Send this information by phone or email — we'll reply with a selection and quote within 24h (business days). On request we'll prepare a free sample to test on your own equipment.
