Privacy and Cookies Policy

Last updated: 26 June 2026

This Privacy and Cookies Policy explains how we process the personal data of people who use the website https://aspekt-labels.pl (the “Website”) and who contact us by phone or email, and which cookies and similar technologies we use. The Website is informational in nature (a B2B business card) and does not provide a user account, login, online payments or a contact form — contact with us takes place solely by phone or email. We prepared this document in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR). We have written it in plain language so that it is clear also for people who are not lawyers.

1. Data controller and contact

The controller of your personal data within the meaning of Article 4(7) GDPR is ASPEKT LABELS Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Radzionków, Poland. It is we who decide how and for what purpose your data is processed.

  • Name: ASPEKT LABELS Sp. z o.o.
  • Address: ul. Gen. Władysława Sikorskiego 7C, 41-922 Radzionków, Śląskie Voivodeship, Poland
  • Tax ID (NIP): 6262537595, Court Register (KRS): 0000902935, Statistical No. (REGON): 276476131
  • Phone: +48 32 428-40-80 (Monday–Friday, 8:00–16:00)
  • General email (including data-protection matters): biuro@aspekt-labels.pl
  • Email for enquiries and orders: etykiety@aspekt-labels.pl

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO). On any matter relating to the processing of personal data and the exercise of your rights, you can contact us at biuro@aspekt-labels.pl, by phone or by post to our registered office.

2. What data we process and when

The Website is a static informational site. It contains no contact form and does not allow you to create a user account, log in, register or make online payments. Merely visiting the Website does not require you to provide any personal data, and we do not collect any through a form.

We process your personal data only when you decide to contact us yourself — by writing an email or calling (via the tel: and mailto: links available on the Website). We receive the data directly from you, and its scope depends on the content of your message and usually includes:

  • first and last name,
  • company name,
  • email address,
  • phone number,
  • the content of your enquiry or correspondence (e.g. a label specification, the scope of the offer requested).

Independently of the above, in connection with the use of the Website we may process data collected by cookies and similar technologies — in the case of marketing and analytics tools, only after you have given your consent (more in sections 4 and 5).

3. Purposes and legal bases of processing

We process your personal data for specific purposes, each of which has its legal basis in Article 6(1) GDPR:

  • Responding to an enquiry and preparing and presenting an offer, and — if cooperation begins — taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and performing the contract — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
  • Ongoing handling of correspondence and maintaining business contact, as well as establishing, pursuing or defending against possible claims — our legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
  • Ensuring the correct operation of the cookie-consent mechanism, i.e. remembering your decision in your browser's memory (the aspekt-cookie-consent key) — our legitimate interest in respecting your choice and meeting cookie-related obligations, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
  • Use of analytics and marketing cookies and related tools (Google Ads and, in due course, Google Analytics 4) — your consent given in the cookie banner, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

We do not make decisions about you in a solely automated manner, including we do not profile you in a way that produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects you (Article 22 GDPR).

4. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser while you use the Website. We also use browser storage (localStorage). Some mechanisms are necessary for the Website to work correctly, while analytics and marketing tools (Google Ads and, in due course, Google Analytics 4) are launched only after you have given your consent in the banner — by default the marketing and analytics categories are rejected (Google Consent Mode v2). We do not use the Facebook Pixel or any other third-party tracking tools.

Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) — in due course, once the service is launchedAnalysis of traffic and how the Website is used for statistical purposes.Analytics — launched only after consent is givenIn line with the validity period of the individual cookies or until consent is withdrawn.

The mechanism for saving consent in localStorage (the aspekt-cookie-consent key) is necessary for the cookie banner to work — it serves solely to remember your choice and is not used for tracking.

5. Consent and managing cookies

On your first visit we display a cookie banner in which you can accept or reject the marketing and analytics categories. We use the Google Consent Mode v2 mechanism: by default, until you give your consent, consent for marketing and analytics is set to rejected, and Google scripts do not load and do not set cookies at that time. Rejecting consent is as easy as giving it.

We save your decision in your browser's memory (localStorage, the aspekt-cookie-consent key) in order to remember your choice and not ask you again on every visit. This solution is not used for tracking.

  • You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the Website footer.
  • You can also delete or block cookies yourself in your browser settings, and restrict their saving.
  • Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

Restricting or disabling cookies does not block access to the Website and does not affect its basic functioning, but it may affect the operation of some features.

6. Data recipients and transfers outside the EEA

We may share your data with trusted entities only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes set out above. Recipients of the data may be:

  • Google Ireland Limited — in connection with the Google Ads service and (in due course) Google Analytics 4, only after you have given consent for the relevant cookies;
  • the hosting provider that maintains and ensures the availability of the Website;
  • entities supporting the handling of enquiries and orders and of correspondence (e.g. postal operators, courier companies).

The hosting provider and Google act on our behalf as processors under data-processing agreements (Article 28 GDPR). Postal operators and courier companies process the data as separate controllers within the scope of their own services.

In connection with the use of Google's services, your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including to the United States. Such transfers take place on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission and under the Data Privacy Framework (DPF), which ensures an adequate level of data protection.

7. Data retention period

  • We keep correspondence and data from enquiries and offers for the time needed to handle the given matter, and then for the period of limitation of any possible claims. Data processed on the basis of our legitimate interest is kept no longer than until an effective objection is raised.
  • Data collected via cookies is kept for the validity period of the given cookie or until you withdraw your consent.

8. Your rights

In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights arising from the GDPR:

  • the right of access to your data and to obtain a copy of it (Article 15 GDPR),
  • the right to rectification (correction) of your data (Article 16 GDPR),
  • the right to erasure of your data (Article 17 GDPR),
  • the right to restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR),
  • the right to data portability — for data processed on the basis of consent or a contract by automated means (Article 20 GDPR),
  • the right to object — on grounds relating to your particular situation — to processing based on our legitimate interest, i.e. Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (Article 21 GDPR),
  • the right to withdraw consent at any time — without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal (Article 7(3) GDPR).

To exercise the above rights, contact us at biuro@aspekt-labels.pl.

If you consider that the processing of your data infringes the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

9. Voluntary provision of data

Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for us to respond to your enquiry and prepare an offer. Failure to provide contact details will make it impossible for us to contact you back and handle the matter.

10. Map and external links

In the Website footer we have embedded a map of our location as a frame (iframe) from the OpenStreetMap service. This map does not set Google cookies.

Next to the map we provide a separate text link “Open in Google Maps”. Redirection to the Google service occurs only after you deliberately click this link; from that moment the Google privacy rules apply. We are not responsible for the data-processing rules used by external services to which the links lead.

11. Changes to the policy

We may update this Privacy and Cookies Policy, in particular in the event of changes to the law or to the scope of technologies used (e.g. the launch of Google Analytics 4). The current version of the Policy is always published on this Website together with the date from which it applies. We encourage you to review its content periodically.
